OUR POLICIES

    • Payment Types Accepted: Cash, Credit/Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App

    • NO REFUNDS (refunds given only in the event of farm closure)

    • Rain and high winds may cause closure of the farm and/or attractions

    • No changes to date or time of pre-purchased tickets (if you think you may need to change your ticket, please wait to purchase on the farm)

    • No Outside Food and Drink (water bottles are ok)

    • Parking: as soon as you enter the gate, look for orange vested parking attendants for direction on where to park.

    • ADA Accessibility is limited. We have an accessible porta-potty.  The farm landscape is flat with gravel roads and pathways, and limited hard surfaces.

    • Lost & Found is located at the ticket booth.

  • - Pets are not allowed. The only exceptions are TRAINED service dogs.

    • All persons including the photographer must pay admission to the farm during our regular season.

    • We cannot allow INTRUSIVE props.

    • Everyone in your party NEEDS to stay within the designated areas on our farm. No lifting or ducking under pennant strings to access closed areas.

    • We LOVE that you are wanting to capture pictures here. Please tag us @pheasantfieldsfarm or #pheasantfieldsfarm in any of the photos you post on social media. If you have some you think we would enjoy, send them our way. Make sure you add permission for us to use them. Please include contact name and number.

    • Please contact us with the day and time you are interested in coming to the farm.

    • Upon arrival at the farm you will need to check in at the ticket booth counter before your shoot.

    • All persons including the photographer must pay admission to the farm during our regular season of operations if that is when you are hoping to capture images.

    • Treat our farm with respect and regard. The farm is our home, and we welcome you here! But please adhere to our guidelines for your safety and convenience.

    • Please do not be intrusive, rude or demanding to our guests. Please be patience to our customers who are here to create their own memories. If we receive complaints, we will not be able to allow photographers to enjoy their photoshoots on the farm.

    • We cannot allow INTRUSIVE props.

    • Pheasant Fields Farm will continue to be a leader in safe practices with all of our team members.

    • Hand sanitizer or hand washing stations will be available to all guests and team members.

    • We will clean and sanitize common areas and surfaces regularly.

    • We will sanitize the rest rooms on a regular daily schedule.

    • We will adhere to all local and state health standards.

    • Adults are responsible for monitoring and ensuring the compliance of any children in their group.

    • If you have been exposed to COVID-19 recently or have symptoms of COVID-19 (including a fever, cough, or shortness of breath), stay home.

    • If you have underlying health conditions or other concerns about contracting COVID-19, please stay safely at home. While we are doing our part to minimize transmission, the reality is that there will be multiple people from different households visiting at the same time as your visit.

    • Please work together with us to provide a safe environment.

    • We reserve the right to ask any one (and their group) to leave for failure to adhere to these policies.

    • We believe in providing a safe environment. However, by choosing to attend, the attendee does indemnify and forever discharge Pheasant Fields Farm and their agents from any and all suits, actions, damages, or claims arising from any loss of property (including property theft) or bodily injury, including but not limited to contracting COVID-19 or other infectious disease.
